Plan your wholesale rose range for Valentine’s Day 2027
Published
Valentine’s Day is on 14 February 2027. For florists and gift shops, preparation starts with a range that fits customers, shelf space and budget. Choose when your display should be ready, then request the product quantities and delivery date that support that plan. Use the current catalog as your starting point; colours and commercial terms need confirmation for your order.
A practical sequence for your 2027 buying plan
Set milestones for your own shop rather than assuming a universal ordering deadline. Your required delivery date and the confirmed quotation should determine the final schedule.
- Shortlist: record product references, colours, display dimensions and the number of gifts you want to sell.
- Enquire: send carton quantities, required delivery date and any acceptable alternatives together.
- Confirm: check the quotation and agree delivery before committing your campaign to specific products.
- Prepare: receive and inspect the goods, set up your display and brief staff on materials and care.
Give each gift format a role in the shop
Use compact individual rose boxes for counter gifting, glass domes for a prominent presentation and heart-shaped flowerboxes for a larger gesture. Compare the actual dimensions rather than judging size from photographs. Red and pink may suit your seasonal theme, but check the colours offered for each product.
Keep preserved natural roses distinct from decorative soap rose gifts in your display and labels. Different materials can serve different customers without being presented as the same product.
Calculate gifts, displays and cartons separately
First estimate how many individual gifts you want to sell, then translate that target into the packaging of the selected product. A display’s contents and an outer carton’s contents may differ.
For example, if a selected carton contains 12 saleable gifts and you want 60, that means five cartons. This is a calculation example, not a standard ENROSED carton size. Use the actual packaging details and have the quotation confirm quantities.
Work back from your display date
Choose when your Valentine’s Day display should be ready, then state the required delivery date in your enquiry. Allow time in your own plan for receiving, checking and arranging the goods before 14 February 2027. Availability and delivery timing must be confirmed for your chosen products.
Measure the planned display and keep some units protected in their packaging as reserve stock. For preserved roses, choose an indoor location away from strong sun, heat and moisture.
Send a quotation request that can be checked
Add selected products and carton quantities to the quotation form. A complete brief makes it easier to confirm the commercial and delivery details.
- Product reference, preferred colour and any acceptable alternative.
- Number of cartons and expected total of saleable gifts.
- Business details, delivery location or collection preference and required date.
- Any packaging or private-label request, to be assessed separately.
- Before confirming: check quoted prices, quantities, delivery costs and agreed timing.
